How to log into the nCourt Client Portal

This article explains the process for logging into the nCourt Client Portal for the first time and creating an account.

Instructions

Logging in for the first time

  1. Navigate to the support portal by clicking here and click “Login with Atlassian.” Note, this link also appears at the bottom of support ticket emails and is accessible via the nCourt Payment Dashboard.

  2. Click “Sign up” on the next screen

  3. Enter your email address and click “Send Link”

  4. You will receive the email below…Click on the “Sign Up” link

  5. On the page that appears, enter your full name, choose a password and click “Sign Up”

  6. Congratulations! You have completed the account creation process and access the nCourt Client Portal to view open and previously submitted tickets, create new tickets and view support articles. Please note, we are working on a knowledgebase and will have more articles for you to view soon.
